As a beginner in the investment world, I’m going to open a PEA to invest every month in an MSCI World ETF.
I’m hesitating between Fortuneo and Trade Republic. I’ve seen various topics and noticed that Fortuneo is often preferred. But given that Trade Republic has implemented customer service, what do you think about it today?

When you manage to contact them, TR’s customer service isn’t that bad. They’re very fast. What bothers me is no support outside the app.
Now for simplicity, and if you’re okay with placing an order yourself each month, go with Fortuneo, it’s good as a first broker. If you want to automate though, go with TR.
I tested TR’s customer service, and it was very responsive and very efficient.
Given the constant bashing of TR’s customer service, I was surprised.
Honestly, very good customer service on both (Fortuneo is excellent too)
I’m thinking of going 100% into an Amundi MSCI World UCITS ETF, with monthly contributions. What do you think?
