I was just wondering about this. Should I include my primary residence in my Finary Portfolio? Is there any real benefit to doing so?

Hello Laurent, it all depends on how you position it in your assets. Some people see it as an investment with frequent buying and selling while appreciating in between. And so this increases their wealth. In my case, I left it but I put an amount that is the same as the loan amount so that it’s neutral while keeping the entry. Agnès and Mathieu, who voted for my request, ended up removing it. In any case, don’t hesitate to vote for my request as it will bring more flexibility. Have a good evening

I even also removed my second home (which will be sold in the coming years). The value of these two pleasure assets was overwhelming the financial portfolio (in which I include SCPIs, because they generate income).
One of the benefits of Finary for me, once again, is to see if my financial portfolio is balanced sectorally and geographically, so the two pleasure assets were greatly skewing the percentages.
