Thanks for the warm welcome! Apologies for the late reply—I missed your question. Unfortunately, I’m not very familiar with the Finnish real estate market.

That said, buying land, a cabin, or a flat in Finland follows the same basic principles as anywhere else: as long as the buyer and seller agree on a fair price, the sale deed can be drafted, and the transaction can be completed. No notary is required, so the paperwork level should be lower than in France. :wink:
