Fundamentally, their fees generally range around 4-6% of the purchase price, which is in addition to notary fees. In markets with 4-5% gross yields, that gives you pause. If you want to maintain control over the analysis before delegating, Lybox (lybox.fr) is pretty good for comparing cities and rental market tension by municipality.
